Luodong Forestry Culture Park occupies the former site of the Luodong Administration Office and a storage pond for raft logs used to move timber from the forests at Baxian Mountain, Alishan and Taiping Mountain. The 16-hectare park is located in downtown Luodong, making it easy to reach. Attractions here include the log storage pond, aquatic plant pond, forest railway, bamboo train station, a steam locomotive, cultural exhibition hall, lush woods, and pondside trails, accommodating leisure, education, culture, and nature watching.
