Hot Spring Facility

Hydrotherapy Spa Pool:

Hydrotherapy spa pools have strong water pressure that massages tight muscles and facilitates metabolism and blood circulation. They also help slim the body and make skin look younger by restoring firmness and relaxing tense muscles and nerves. Soaking in the 40-degree-Celsius ultrasound jacuzzi allows pores to open and quickly eliminates toxins and sweat. The powerful jacuzzi jets target various pressure points to massage and relax your joints and regulate blood circulation. All these benefits result in younger-looking skin and are especially popular among our female clients.

Steam Room:

Sitting in the steam room helps open up pores and increase blood circulation and metabolism. Sweating also helps the skin maintain firmness. The high temperature and steam in the steam room may cause shortness of breath, so it's recommended to breathe through your mouth or gently cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel. Generally, the temperature is slightly lower near the door, making it a good place to sit initially to adjust to the heat. Some people like to apply moisturizer the steam room, but it's not necessary. The steam causes defeats the purpose of using moisturizers. Some steam rooms incorporate aromatherapy by adding essential oils to the steam machine, allowing the skin to benefit from the oils. After leaving the steam room, soak in the cold spring for a while to help close the pores quickly. Regular use of the steam room over time will improve the skin’s firmness and luster.

Sauna:

A sauna’s infrared or far-infrared waves penetrate deep into the skin to remove toxins and increase metabolism and blood circulation throughout the body. We recommend staying in the sauna for 10–15 minutes until you begin to sweat, then replenishing with water, mineral water containing electrolytes, or sports drinks to prevent hypotension.

Jet Massage Hydrotherapy:

Gooseneck-shaped jet hydrotherapy uses high water pressure to target the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back, massaging sore and tense areas. Unlike the duckbill spray-head jet that hits the targeted area horizontally, gooseneck-shaped jets are effective in improving blood circulation, stimulating pressure points, and reducing upper body muscle tightness. Before targeting the neck area under the gooseneck-shaped jet, allow your legs to adjust to the water pressure first. We recommend 20–30 minutes of this therapy per session.

Swimming Pool:

Swimming is a full-body exercise that’s also excellent for stress relief. Similar to the tu-na breathing technique in Qigong, breathing is a vital part of swimming and has a significant impact on heart and lung function, while increasing muscle and joint flexibility. For seniors, swimming is a great exercise because it helps prevent calcium loss and minimizes bone injuries. For regular swimmers, enjoying scenic views while maintaining their routine is an added bonus.

Hot Spring Cuisines:

It’s a real treat for food lovers visiting the hot spring area, as a variety of cuisines from different cultures are available. Some popular locations even offer private rooms for guests to enjoy their meals. There are also private rooms with karaoke equipment for visitors who enjoy singing. Although singing is quite different from composing poetry—a favorite pastime of ancient scholars—it allows people to express their emotions, making the experience more enjoyable and memorable.

Star-Gazing Spots

Many hot springs are located in areas without artificial lighting. As long as the weather is clear, you’ll be able to see countless stars in the sky. The beautiful, shining stars might even tempt you to reach up and touch one.
